XPON ONU(YDT-XP6411) is designed and manufactured by Shenzhen Yidatong Communication Technology Co.,Ltd, a next-generation Gigabit Passive Optical Network terminal, ideal for Fiber to The Home solution. It’s an incredibly robust device allowing users to access high-speed internet connections via its XPON port and share it with a Gigabit Ethernet port. With the transmission rates of up to 2.488Gbps, one XPON port and one Gigabit Ethernet port, It provides high-performance forwarding capabilities to ensure smooth VoIP, HD video streaming experiences.
1、Product Overview
ONU product is the terminal equipment of a series of GPON which comply fully with ITU-G.984.1/2/3/4 standard and meet the energy-saving of G.987.3 protocol,ONU is based on mature and stable and high cost-effective GPON technology which adopts high-performanceG PON REALTEK chipset and has high reliability, easy management,flexible configuration,robustness,good quality service guarantee(Qos).
This ONU supports WIFI4 (IEEE802.11b/g/n) and WIFI5 (IEEE802.11ac) concurrently ,a WEB system provided simplifies the configuration of the WIFI and connects to INTERNET conveniently for users.
ONU supports the G/E PON switching function automatically
ONU supports a RJ11 interfce for VOIP applications application and one RF signal for TV.

6、Installation and Initialization
6.1. insert SC/APC fiber patch cord or pigtail into PON interface of the product.
6.2. use the network untwised-pair from network equipment to the Lan Interface of product, the LAN interface of this product supports the AUTO-MDIX function.
6.3. Offer product power, Please use the DC plug of adapter to connect with the DC socket of the product , and the AC plug of the power adapter should be plugged into the AC socket.
6.4. The power will be connected successfully if the PWR indicator ON ,the system will be into initial stage, and then ,to wait for the completion of system initialization

9、Fault treatment
1、simple fault checking
If the product can not work normally,please refer to the LED indicator on top of the ONU to simply check the failures.

2、Other failures check
1). Network packet loss:
(1)the operating mode of the LAN port do not match, such as full-duplex .
(2)Something the matter of Twisted-pair and RJ-45 port,check wether it is flexible or oxidation.
(3)Something the matter of fiber link ,patch cord match with the equipments or not, pigtail, patch cord and coupler are matched or not.
2). ONU registration failed in OLT
Maybe the fiber link attenuation too large, please test the luminous power of receive side by optical power meter. if the line lose value higher than 2db of theoretical, basic fault can be judged as optical.
10、Caution
1. Avoid to looking steadily at ONU`s port when the product work. 2.Please put dust plug into un-used fiber ports.
3.Keep ventilation in working environment. avoid direct sunlight and rain and Lightning, and keep good electrostatic protection.
